Bushwack's advice is a solid one, those stamped, flat and wide concentric rings grills are a crime for aerodynamics. Argh, I missed two K6-2+/550 today in ebay.de 😢 . Somebody paid 32€ (plus 6€ delivery) for one of them, that's fifty US bucks, this is Sparta! And my K6-2/500 refuses to work stable at 6x100 even under serious electroshock 😵 .

Logically I can't be sure, it's just my best guess that the Voodoo AGP could be breaking your 133MHz party.

I'd discard that old tired dirty fan and put in a new one. Better don't gamble here, if PSU fan stops, PSU fries, sometimes screwing part or whole system. Most probably it's a standard 80x80 fan, cheap and easy to replace. If there is a header just plug the new fan in. If there isn't a header, and …

Seems to me that garbled BIOS comes from your AGP graphics card, which isn't happy at all at 133MHz FSB / 89MHz AGP, overheats and raves (if not plainly fried by now). The GPU can be the Achilles' heel when overclocking 440BX boards to 133+. Some older cards can't just cut it, others need stronger …

Core stepping selection has its advantages. For instance the AMD Phenom II Deneb step C2 can only reach ~3.8GHz, and with lots of voltage; C3s reach ~4.1GHz, with less voltage. If you plan to overclock hard that extra $1.20 could be a good investment.
