btw, most noisy fans can be easily fixed with some engine oil. Use vaccination syringe (the one with the shortest needle). The bearing you need to lube is usually under the sticker. If you use a quality psu, it should be covered with rubber (one more way to find out how cool your psu actually is). …

AC97 is a classic Realtek integrated sound card, it was used until realtek ALC HDA replaced it. It was around Pentium 4 era, so of course it can have FM music

I would not do it for sure if I were you. The fact that you own 386sx-25 means that the mobo is from a relatively cheap, low-end system. I use Ontrack Disk Manager 6.10 on my 386SX-40 with 6.2 Gb Quantum HDD, works pretty well. I'll give you a link for it if you need one once I get home from work.
