It all depends, if it is a rare win32s game it could be troublesome. But then again, why bother asking if it works if you can try it. If you can't because you have to wait for your Windows 3.x then just wait until you have it and try it then.

It's sadly a common Amiga porter way of doing things. With Exult we had the same problem, nudged the porter over to our team to add his changes to CVS. After he had done this he seemed to have lost interest and no more version of his port saw the light 🙁

Please read the Readme of Dosbox again, especially the mount part. The point is that Dosbox doesn't require you to mount your real drives, in fact that is not even recommended. but the version i've got is already unpacked, it's one of those abandonware .zip-ies with the entire game, it runs in windows though It certainly does not. Who knows what those abandonware people messed up... 😀

This may not help, but I also run Windows 3.1 through DOSBox and use ykhwong's unofficial builds. His January 5 build and previous ones work fine with Win3.1. His latest January 21 build crashes Win3.1 upon exit. It's not that stable either. I'm back to Jan 5. As I said before, current and straight …

yep, sounds like your system does not like the SMC of dynamic core. What linux system are you using and is it 32bit or 64bit and what compiler (gcc 3.x or 4.x). That all means nothing to me of course, but maybe the devs can do something with this information 😀
