You need MiniGL for GLQuake. What Monitor are You using? Does it support refresh rates like 70hz? What Windows 3DFX drivers have You tried?

Mine froze as it had a bad Ram chip attached to the FBI. I could get it working by limiting the ram available to 1MB. It won't be the oscillator. MOJO is correctly identifying the DAC, TMU, and FBI and would not be able to without the oscilator running. You can try disabling the TMU/FBI or limiting the Ram amount and see if that gets it working. see my post here 3dfx Voodoo 1 fault diagnosis and repair

You really need to test it in Pure Dos mode with Tomb Raider 3DFX executable. Also You can get hold of the 3dfx sdk and run MOJO (in dos) which will help with diagnosis.

Well done on the successful repair. I've had no trouble yet with these ram chips from Aliexpress. Good that You tested first in a card with empty sockets.

I'd take a look at the right TMU. 2 Pins about number 194 look like they are shorted, but it coud just be a speck of dust.

L11 doesn't look good. C105 is on an angle for some reason. I would check all capacitors and ferrites with a multimeter. The best test for these is in a pure dos environment with Tomb Raider 1 3dfx. Also have a look at my post here 3dfx Voodoo 1 fault diagnosis and repair

If You can reduce the multiplier to 5 or 6 it may work. My Voodoo 1 failed with the rectangles on screen after 600mhz with an AMD Duron or Athlon, but failed at 500mhz with an Athlon XP Barton, I think the extra cache had an effect as well.

Uploading some photos may help a bit. Have You tested all the Ferrite Beads on the board and made sure all voltages are present. If one of the ferrites is bad it can block the voltages.
