The main drawback of using RAM disks is that information is lost after powering down. Any decent ramdisk can save an image to HDD before shutdown, and load it again after booting. I use batchs to load just the PaleMoon Profile to ramdisk after boot, and save it to HDD before shutdown (much faster). …

Disable browsing cache, at least in my experience, makes continued browsing sluggish and unresponsive. Modern browsers rely in a lot of caching, not only of webpages as such. Having a large and fast caché helps a lot.

I simply switched to Chrome on both PC and Macintosh tired of the Firefox Sync feature failing continuosly and my profle getting corrupted and forcing me to restore it. vetz, is there any way to test it? Using an S3 Savage card with the MeTaL API and comparing it to the original UT with another card?
