Hello OR840 owner, is that you Declan?I am running these boards with a robatron / Enermax 600watt psu .I think i could post the mobo without the aux connector.I think this is for the agp pro vga. I am sure that i have used also power supplyes from a siemens primergy 460 without the aux connector.

Retrofitting these cache modules to our boards may be the solution.Heading to ebay china.....Please try to run the l2 software application to check if the software is able to enable disable the l2 external cache from these boards.

Hello,i am wondering if anyone has tried setmul to enable l2 cache on a tillamook pentium mmx mobile cpu .There is a lot of mystery around how this cpu disables l2 cache on some mobos.Tillamook is based on a p55c architecture.

What do you mean by swapping bios? Did you flash pc chips with aristo? It should not even post .I checked the sp97-v , first bios is from 1997.Can you flash the initial version and try tillamook? http://ftp.tekwind.co.jp/pub/asustw/mb/sock7/sis5598/sp97-v/
