Just reading the New Horizons wiki page "Initial, highly-compressed images will be transmitted within days. The science team will select the best images for public release. Uncompressed images will take about nine months[citation needed] to transmit, depending on Deep Space Network traffic."

I got 181.67ms with Enable desktop composition turned off, I'm not sure that's statistically significant. Just did another one at 176.67ms And best score so far 171.67ms

Yay! http://i.imgur.com/M0eEFQa.jpg On an old CRT running at 125Hz And using a g500 mouse with one of the buttons assigned to spacebar and using the software that comes with the mouse to set the usb polling rate to 1000Hz instead of 125Hz...

In windows 7 you can use resource monitor to see all modules loaded by a process. I think resource monitor was originally from the sysinternals software suite and when microsoft bought them they just shipped it with the os.

The settings are greyed out if you don't click the "With the NVIDIA settings" radio button. If that's not working maybe you need to reinstall your drivers but I've never heard of that being an issue.

That is really weird, almost seems like the limited 16-235 pixel format from the rec.709 standard but not sure why that would be showing up here. Look into how the Static Read Control works(its also called other things). From what I remember it works like memory timings but for the northbridge memory controller but it will have an affect on the limits of the fsb.

Non-integer scaling made all the columns and rows different sizes and this was the only solution that I tried that fixed it. I guess I'm more sensitive to that artifact than the others. I don't consider it complicated but complete 🤣 ...maby convoluted...
