nVidia Riva TNT2 64 AGP gray lines

This card has the gray lines when text appears on the screen or pop-up windows when running Windows 98SE. Is this a defect?

eBay can be a hassle, but I do buy stuff on there (computer parts, and other stuff) and had 99% good luck. Goodwill does have a bidding site as well, but that probably won't work out since money goes to them, not you. Facebook can be another option, but I digress.

I have a dual Floppy drive in my Packard Bell Pack-Mate 28 Plus that I inherited last year (free), so I have 1 laptop and 5 desktops that have floppy drives. They all work still.
