I don't want SP3 because too many Updates. I delete Windows XP SP3 and install SP2 on the same partition as SP3 and Dual Boot work.

I have AMD Athlon XP 1600+ and MS-DOS games in Windows 98 runs too fast. I can't play Quake 1 because it's too fast. I have this problem in Half-Life 1 too. How to fix it? Should i use my laptop with Pentium 3 800 for MS-DOS games? EDIT: I have the same problem on laptop. Quake 1 runs too fast.

Which is the best driver for 9600XT? With latest ATI Drivers from ATI site for this GPU i have lower score in 3DMark. With this driver http://download.cnet.com/VGA-Driver-ATI-zip/3 … 8_4-197323.html i got around 800 points more. With ATI Radeon 9250 i had better score with this driver too.

I have Dual Boot Windows XP SP3 + Windows 98 Second Edition on my AMD Athlon XP computer. I want to install XP SP2. Can i install on the same partition as Windows XP SP3 without lossing Dual Boot?

This laptop sucks. 591 points in 3DMark 2000 in Windows 98. I will use Pentium III 733 PC with 384 MB RAM and ATI Radeon 9600XT 128 MB for old games. Even Quake 2, GP 500... lagging on 1024x768 on this laptop.

Windows 98 won't start anymore. I turn off computer with power button. Computer freeze at startup when loading icons in taskbar. Mouse freeze. Reinstall OS?
