I bought 3d Rage Wipeout but I get an error message when I run the game, "2002: Could not open file, or CD is missing from the drive." I have the CD in my DVD drive and I also made a disc image but I get the same error. Does the CD need to be in drive D, because my drive D is a 2nd hard drive.

Can you compare this with the official d3d patch and extract the a3d code. Then create a glide a3d exe?

Hierophant thinks the OPL in the YMF-724 chipset is resampling from 49khz to 44.1khz to 48khz. Luckily the resampling is apparently not terrible, but I can't help but think there will be some impact. According to the last post by Lemonzest at Chocolate Doom and OPL Passthrough for CMI8738 sound cards "Only CMI8738 cards upto Model 55 Support the OPL". What model is your sound card? Does the card state SBPro or SB16 in the specs?

Are you using the optical output or analog output? I had crackling with the optical output with A3d enabled, which was not present in the analog output.

Assault Rigs ATI works fine at 1920x1200. I played the first couple of levels with keyboard because the game doesn't pickup my PS3 controller. Should be easy to fix with xpadder.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll stick with my V2 single. I don't use pass-thru though, since my Dell U2412M has DVI, DisplayPort, and VGA input.
