Well... It was just a thought I had. For example. When I play doom, it is just fine and dandy, for the first half hour or so. Then the soundcard makes a pretty loud noice, and I have to reboot. When I play doom for 10 minnutes, then exit the game and load pinball fantasies, then I can play one table …

Nope. Sorry. The live card it self, is located at IRQ-10 and IRQ-PORT-1000. The SB16 emulation is at IRQ5 and I have tried IRQ7 as well. These settings are correctly written, in the ini-file, located in the "dosdrv" directory as well. My matrox g400 is located at IRQ11, and everything else such as …

That is the only thing that i can not do. Only two pci slots in the computer, sadly. :-( Prallel, serial and other devices are disabled too. Only vga floppy, ide and soundcard are given a IRQ in the system. Anyway.... I totally forgot to mention that the computer in question is a Hp/Compaq d530-SFF. …

Well... Have tried it, yet of no luck. Just played some syndicate, and after some time, the sound just drops out. It is as if something is conflicting in my machine.
