For the wikipedia article and the source it cites, all 120MHz parts should be P54CQS.

I'd expect it to be worth more than a generic 486. It's interesting hardware. But ebay prices are ebay prices, common sought after stuff generates more interest and sells for more than rare machines.

My Toshiba Satellite 220CDS is completely ruined, it had both of the "classic" green Toshiba batteries in it. Here is the report for the C7-M ULV. The CPU is detected properly. The mainboard is called "VIA Demo Board" by all profiling tools so I guess that name comes from the BIOS. Booting from CD only became common in the Pentium 2 days. If you want to boot from CD and your BIOS does not support that, you can try a boot floppy like this one: http://schierlm.users.sourceforge.net/bootdisk/

XP definitively runs on my Geode. I think it's a GX1. However I can't find any XP drivers for its CS5530A companion chip. At 300MHz the system feels like using a sub-100 MHz Pentium, even Win98 is pretty slow. The built in OPL3 emulation sounds like it's running at 22KHz.
