My memory might be foggy but Sierra's "The Last Dynasty" looked quite nice on Win 3.x

I don't know, the picture looks like it could be from TFX but it's not a sim, so Robocop 3 perhaps? After your answer and some Image-Googling, it looks like you guessed it right. hmm isn't that cheating? How else are you supposed to guess a game? Only having owned, played or seen it before? The point of this thread is mostly to have fun and, perhaps, bring out some more obscure games to the light. Even if you use search you are learning something about a piece of software …
