Man. You are on a roll. My Sony Vaio (P3) is sadly about 2000+ miles from me at the moment at a relative's house. Kinda wish I had it in my possession. I really like the look and feel of those guys.

I have a P3 Sony Laptop that uses the same external drives. I actually use that floppy drive with Windows 10. Written quite a few DD MSX floppy disks with it.

Ideally you take the brand and series, find the datasheet, find your values and then find a suitable replacement. The voltage and uf actually don’t matter as much as the esr and ripple current.
