Disabling cache in PII isn't very useful anyway. It makes the cpu way too slow. It isn't same as with socket 7 systems. I reckon jamesbeat was talking about disabling the cache of a C3 in his PII board. I read about that, but unfortunately my PII motherboard does not have an option in the BIOS for …

I used to own one of this very card back in the late 90's. It's about as generic a GD5429 card as they come, but it works perfectly with the GD5426 drivers. 3.2GB is way too big for most, if not all, vanilla 386 BIOSes to handle. You need XTide.

Bah.. those two boards are expensive. I won't even pay that much for an ASUS P5A or P5A-B. And that shuttle one may only have 512KB L2 cache.
