Well I tried also in a A7N8X mobo and it's ok on Windows but booting seems to be difficult. I've to trying cloning another os into the ssd disk and try booting that way maybe. I bought this card cause those ide-sata converters boards gave me problems, one also shorted and almost fired up wires... 🙁 …

Well, one thing I really love of CRT are the real front glass. I hate the cheap feel of any CRT. It's funny how actually the battle is between lcd and oled on the same points where lcd was falling versus crt.

Pushing to the limits... I've installed a Pentium 120 (60MHZ). Incredible how Quake seems to suffer this downgrade. Not to mention at higher resolution. But seems to feel more "time correct" for a poweful dos machine. The 166 MMX feel late even for Windows 95..😀

I am trying Dillo for Dos browser and it is certainly better on the rendering side though it is MUCH slower than arachne. I don't understand why even the cursor is slow. Do you have any experience with that?
