About War in the North AND Blacksite: Area 51.....is there a way in dgVoodoo2 to fix the pixellated shadows? (shadow maps I suppose)

It's a common "problem" (fuctionality loss) of old games re-released (not remastered) with today's OS as target. SiN Gold on Steam has NO EAX support when the original one + patch has EAX support.

Damn, the unofficial patch with the widescreen support is VERY useful these days (still uncomplete but really good) and yes, it does use a modified chromeengine dll.....

About that pathological D3D9 case that is Arcania (Gothic 4). Now it works well (90-95% of native performance) BUT there are some kind of "intersecting planes" in the scene (you move around, you see them moving/changing intersection) https://i.postimg.cc/QxXtSJr2/arcania-2022-09-21-21-39-10-496.jpg …
