I don't know of any ISA cards with TV out capability. You'll need to capture the output from the VGA connector.

I wonder if that cpu won't work properly on 3.3v. All sources, cpu world, and wiki says 3.45v for that cpu. You could try 3.6v jumpers, and that's if the setting for the version 3.1 motherboard works on a 2.11. The 2.11 manual is easy to find so I won't upload that. All 3.45v cpus work fine @ 3.3v. …

make sure you set up the jumpers correctly. Sounds like the cache Write trough / Write back selection jumper is not correctly configured. Re-check your jumpers.

Done testing. I put 64Mb of FPM on it - with 512kb of L2 cache it should be able to cache all of it. After tweaking cache and memory timings in bios, dos Quake (1.08) with sound gets ~ 18 - 18.2 FPS with the Trident 9420 vlb, and alltough a low number the game is oddly playable. I've gotten better …

Right now, it seems PCI performance is excellent, while VLB performance is meh. That is also how I remember Pentiums with VLB buses. The VLB bus connects directly to the 486 socket. I don't know how it is implemented on a Pentium, but I wouldn't be surprised if they need some kind of bridge chip. …
