I think that chipset shouldn't be an issue with a 5x86, though a BIOS update might be needed. If there isn't a 3.3V regulator on the board, you could get the 486 Socket Blaster from Scrap Computing to be able to safely use a 3.3V 5x86: https://github.com/scrapcomputing/486SocketBlaster
