Oh, and another thing: Windows 3.1 is 16 bit, and not 32. Windows 3.1 can only use 16 or 8 bit drivers. So, it is a problem with your drivers. The 286 processors are either 16 bit or 8 bit. It is impossible to run 32 bit applications on one. The 386 was the first of the Intel processors to include 32 bit support. Why would you bother with a 7600GT in a PENTIUM 3 motherboard? Get a 3DFX card or GeForce2, 3 or 4 card because your CPU and RAM and motherboard will bottleneck the GPU anyways.
