Just to help out here's how it works with white/black/orange turbo switch when connecting to a two pin header on the motherboard. White + black - Turbo off orange + black - Turbo on Hope this helps

Ok, just solved it by installing the true type fonts, here's how i did it. Main - Control Panel - Fonts - Add - Choose the following path c:\windows\system - Select all - OK Restart windows and that it, true type fonts installed and Sim Tower working 😊
