for those games I'd dual boot the machine with 98se but, Also the ATI drivers have a bit better backwards compatibility than the nvidia drivers so may be worth trying an ATI card, your screenshots do look like a driver issue .

Resolution and aa might have caused the video problem. Seems to be quicktime / directdraw related, updating quicktime player to 7.79 and disabling directdraw support in the quicktime player settings let the videos play in their original size. re-sizing the videos should make them more watchable. …

The Aztech cards are normally SB Pro + WSS, although some apparently are SB16 compatible, but I've not personally had one that is fully SB16 compatible. The game will play with no sound for some reason, to fix this, rename "carma2_hw.exe" to anything else and then use this to launch the game, no idea why that fixes the sound but it works. Maybe an update for Win10 included a bogus compatibility fix for the game. Just install MS ACT if don't already …
