Running Requiem from the exe in admin mode fixes the music issue for it, but not Crusaders.

Dhwem is using OpeneAL with EFX instead of EAX. I do not however have any issues with other OpenAL games or games using EAX 4 like Doom 3 uses. I would not consider a platform Retro till the architecture of said platform is dead or outdated to the point you need that OS to run certain things properly.
