BTW I noticed that your card can also do MDA/Hercules modes. If you plan on using those, the font will need some more work since I only included 8x8 and it needs 8x14.

Looking at your second to last screenshot again, I don't think that is actually the case here. It looks like the card is expecting an 8x8 font but is reading the data for an 8x14 font.

It was not uncommon to have boards with EPROM address and/or data lines "scrambled" with respect to the datasheet, for either data protection or routing convenience. If that's the case here, you will need to rearrange the data in the EPROM to match the card.

QB doesn't support SCREEN 5/6 even on real hardware. You need to use Tandy GW-BASIC (or EGA modes). If you are trying to run existing code, you may be interested in the PC-BASIC emulator.
