Dualbooting DOS 6.22 and Windows 95 is absolutely useless. For Issue 1; you probably have L1 cache set to Write Back on a board that does not support it..

That's absolutely bizarre, but the only explanation I can think of is that when connecting the fan you shorted the 12V rail and possibly the transformer at the end of the 12V rail went tits up inside the PSU so now you have no -12V?

I have a TU4vx(S370) and and VIA c3 for a setmul project, but the lack of ISA is not worth for use with DOS games. There are S370 MB with ISA slot, there is one overpriced MB with 2 slots - Soyo SY-7VBA133U, others have 1. I plan to do something similar in a modern mATX case with this: https://i. …

Does your PSU tester load the supply? It could just be out of spec under a zero-load condition. If it's in-line between the PSU and motherboard, then it should be accurate, and maybe your PSU was just ready to go toward the light. Really? PentiumII is a P6 architecture, respect a Pentium1.... Penitum II is a Pentium MMX with onboard L2 cache. They're completely different architectures, internally. Anybody know what circa the LCD mhz displays were prevalent? Where they standard? In the late 80s early 90s I don't remember anybody having a computer with LCD display megahertz on it. Pentium MMX and Pentium II are pretty much equal in IPC so at same clock your speed gains will be coming from better chipset, and more/faster cache.
