Well, I received the Cyrix chip today. Unfortunately they sent me the 2.9v version and not the 2.0v version. I sent the seller a message, hopefully they still have a 2.0v chip and they can send me the correct one.

I have bought a few things off Facebook Marketplace. Mostly local stuff but I have also a bought and had shipped a few older retro laptops. Been a decent experience as a buyer. Not sure how it would be as a seller.

At last check I have 7 "retro" laptops. They are all different, all but three have DOS compatible sound chips. Some better than others. No they aren't all required, but different enough to be useful. Overkill but that is the way that I am.
