Re: DOS Game Club

Awesome to hear so many people wanting to join this month for Duke Nukem 3D. It's our 1 year anniversary! Also, we just released our latest episode, in which we discuss the obscure French game Transarctica: https://www.dosgameclub.com/transarctica/

New episode! In this one, we're discussing The Incredible Machine: https://www.dosgameclub.com/the-incredible-machine/ Also we're playing Heroes of Might & Magic this month. There's still time to play & share your stories with us, we won't record the next episode before the end of the month.

Re: DOS Game Club

Just saw this post a couple days ago. I really like the concept (and the website) - definitely have some catching up to do! Only problem is I can't seem to register for the forum. I fill in the username/email but have yet to get a confirmation email. When I try the same username/email again, it …

Re: DOS Game Club

Which one? All of them? The first trilogy is the original thing, but the second trilogy is much nicer in terms of presentation - complete with Adlib music and SB sound effects. I think it plays nicer too, but that may be subjective. Keen Dreams is just a tad weird. :) I think we'll be mainly …

Thanks guys! We're really having a great time doing this stuff! We played 2 games in June: Scorched Earth and Strike Commander. Re: DOS Game Club

Well tayyare, it's not so much a preset date, it's really more that you're given a month to check out this particular game. There's no need to play it on a specific moment during that month, it's just the amount of time you're given to check it out 😀

Re: DOS Game Club

Thanks for all your kind words! It's really encouraging to see our little idea is received so well. I'm also very happy with the design, which is made by our webmaster and podcast co-host rnlf. I'll pass on the compliments :D And it's cool you're posting in the archived forum, dr_st. We left it open …

DOS Game Club

I'm happy to announce that me and a few buddies from Ludum Dare started a new thing recently, called: DOS Game Club ( https://www.dosgameclub.com ) It's like a book club, but instead of reading the same book, members of the club play the same DOS game. We're playing one game per month and started in …
