Re: Last PC games supporting Windows 9x?

Cars: Radiator Springs Adventures (2006) - Windows 98/ME The Sims 2: Apartment Life (2008) - Windows 98SE/ME (according to the back cover) School Tycoon (2003) - Windows 98/ME The Incredibles (2005?) - Windows 98/ME Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (2004) - Windows 98/ME These were from most of the games I …

Re: Best low-profile PCI graphics card?

junk the PCI only board and find a cheap 478 board with AGP, Actually, even though this is a Dell, this is still highly possible because the Optiplex 170L Small Desktop uses the same motherboard form factor as the GX2x0 series so you might as well replace the 170L motherboard with a GX260 or GX270 …

Re: What game are you playing now?

I've recently installed Monster Truck Madness (1) on my Windows 95 gaming rig, pretty impressive visuals for 1996 if I do say so myself especially with the Direct3D acceleration on the Rage Pro Turbo card working perfectly. Re: What Windows OS for this Machine

Before you consider installing 98SE or ME, you should make sure you can find appropriate drivers for those first. The last time I've checked, Dell still has Windows 98 drivers for the Latitude C640 which is the Inspiron 4150's business counterpart, I've managed to get Windows ME to work on an …

Re: Show me your HP!

This is the HP e-PC C10, this was my first desktop computer back in 2005, it went through several stages of disrepair (mainly a motherboard failure in 2011) but I managed to restore it in working condition in 2014. DSCN1927.JPG The current specs are: - Intel Pentium III @ 933 MHz - 256MB PC-133 …
