Card is simple to recognize - an Aztech MMSN824 "SoundGalaxy Pro 16 II", which is SBPro2.0 compatible and has nothing to do with MediaVision. It can have either an AD or Crystal Codec, so nothing too unusual there. So what those stickers are doing there is anyone's guess.
