You might have a line in CONFIG.SYS that is loading interlnk. It creates 3 drive letters by default, even if you don't have another PC connected with intersvr at the time. Look for line like DEVICE=INTERLNK.EXE and then comment it out or remove it until the next time you want to use interlnk.
