Okay, finally got it working! thanks to tabmode's card suggestion. A Sandisk Ultra 16GB 50mbs card. Those can still be easily bought new. Dos 6.22 is installed with ezdrive9 and phils ms-dos starter kit. Soundblaster and mouse are also working fine. Happy times 😀
