So ultimately to a 15-pin gameport? Where would one find such a 12-pin ribbon cable to 15-pin gameport adapter? Is there such a thing, or is it probably a proprietary connector for that particular motherbaord?

So here's something I've never seen before. An 11-pin onboard header for a joystick/gamepad. This is on a socket 478 board with RealTek ALC650 audio; Sis963 chipset. So what exactly kind of joystick/gamepad would connect to such a header?
