Yes, I made a mistake. It is actually an Asus CUSL2-C which only supports up to P3-933mhz. according to Gigabyte docs. https://www.asus.com/supportonly/CUSL2-LS/HelpDesk_CPU/ I will have to buy a NEW CPU. Thanks.
