Have you tried any other Direct3D games? This game was made for Win9x, so Win2k might be another issue.

If I'm remembering correctly, I was able to patch the GOG version with the official retail patch, but it requires that the disc is mounted/inserted. Yep, I've also run into a bug where the game will lock up on the intro if it's running in Tandy mode and the cycles are set to high in DOSBox.

Have you tried taking out the VRAM expansion chips? I have a few ViRGE cards that didn't work correctly until i removed them.

I've been trying to get the Windows version of Dungeon Keeper to use the *.sbk files on my AWE64 Value. The closest I've gotten it to working is doing a 'Have Disk' install of the AWE drivers and starting the game without rebooting. When I reboot, it stops working again.

For some reason, the game causes a blue screen when it tries to play sound after it loads the course. It works with no issues on my Sound Blaster Live and older. I have tried an Audigy and an Audigy 2. Turning off hardware acceleration stopped the crashing, but no sound played.
