That's an odd one. I've seen things like that caused by a bad video card, but if it does it with multiple cards, I'm not sure. Check for swollen or leaky capacitors on the motherboard. Try a different power supply too. You know now that you mentioned it, my power supply has been making a funny …

Thanks everyone for all the feedback and help. After fixing the issue I had with my turbo button and going through the jumper setting (corrected the VLB jumpers), I finally have my machine running as it should. Doom now runs great.
