Hmm. Perhaps I've left it configured for 2 drives and I need to double check the switches internally. If it's set as 1 diskette drive, should it configure as B in DOS?

It was a gotek floppy emulator but since adding a full height drive, that's had to come out. That will be external soon enough once the parts for the cable, DB-37 connector etc. come.

Never found a solution. I ended up picking up another with a damaged screen to harvest the hard drive from. I’m still hoping to see about hacking/ flashing the firmware for a disk on module but time is scarce with covid and two children.

Could you splice a ps2 extension cable and solder a 5v usb adapter to +5v and ground? Make sure to leave +5v to the computer disconnected to leave it isolated. Ground needs to be connected to both.

I would REM out the second EMM386 and DOS=HIGH, UMB lines in config.sys. I would also REM out the netware lines and see if the network card still works in Windows. Just add "REM" to the beginning of each line. If something messes up, you can just go back in and remove REM. OK, I cleaned up the 2 …
