For EMM386, I would try the following switches (I= tells EMM386 which regions to use): DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE RAM I=B000-B7FF I=F000-F7FF AUTO If you experience crashes/instability, try the B000-B7FF and F000-F7FF regions one at a time.
