As far as I know, both are fine and "true" SB lives. Beware of the SB0200, the earlier Dell OEM live - this is the one with no EAX acceleration in hardware.

DOS drivers might be found or installed with the win95 drivers package. https://www.philips.de/c-p/PSC703_00/- Yamaha SYXG can be found separately and sometimes it is provided with games (Final Fantasy VII / VIII for PC as an example if I remember right)

C6 on Award BIOS is cache check. But I think you really need to install two ps2/Edo ram to get the board running. (With SD-ram a single one will be fine) I wonder why you won't get beep error Codes. Do the codes on the diagnostic card change during boot? If so, CPU must be fine I guess.
