The TNDY 3 Voice ISA project is fantastic if you're into playing AGI games on real hardware. The original is out of stock but it seems a revision is on the way. As a Sierra fan I absolutely love mine!

I use a Roland A-880 for MIDI signals, and a Behringer Eurorack Pro solely for MIDI sound outputs. Love the individual channel mute buttons on it, super handy. I'd probably try another slot 1 CPU if you are able to get your hands on one, to rule out any weirdness with the slotket. also grabbing a PCI / ISA diagnostic card would probably help a lot. I've seen so much Tandy mentions in game setups as a kid and was always curious what they were and only found out way later, probably during internet days. If I came across one I'd be tempted to grab it just to toy with my Sierra collection, but chances are low and I wouldn't be going out of my way …

Funnily since then I found it a use. Gave it another chance on an AT P2 motherboard, and it runs and boots fine. None of my 440BX boards would reliably boot on it, and in this build it's been flawless so far. Go figure 😀

My anecdotal experience is that I really mostly can't complain. All people I've dealt with (Amibay and ebay almost exclusively) have put from good to amazing packaging care.
