Save up bit more to get better stuff, enjoy the healthy food you really like, and occasional fast food and tasty non-alcoholic drinks. Even changing jobs do wonders too if one can. And spend around 15 to 30 minutes a day doing nothing in meditation, slowly breathe out and listen to soothing music. …
