Try it in another machine? Otherwise check for damage, ensure the underside of board isn't shorting to another surface, etc. Then recap and / or check traces for continuity or broken solder joints.

Those little cases have poor ventilation though, especially if you put a hot video card like a Voodoo2 in. Yeah there's space for a fan and ventilation holes in the front but the front cover blocks most of that. I put a fan on the MX200 which is doing the trick. Definitely need a 3 or 3+ with that …

I used my K6 3+/450 for some years and went back to P2-333 which was a much better choice, the dos-compatibility via slowing down the multi is hyped and still lot's of games have glitches or hickups even on 2x66.
