Thanks for replying :) I've found the patch carma2.zip and applied the contents to the Carmageddon directory, then booted into DOS mode. I've run carmav.exe, Voodo2c.exe, voodo2S.exe and 3DFX.exe and they all do the same thing... crash instantly to a black screen of death requiring a cold reboot. …

Hiya everyone So I've got two 386 boards here with Dallas RTC's, soldered down (no socket). I am absolutely rubbish at soldering. Does anyone know anybody about who does circuit board repair by post? Just wanting them changed for sockets so I can put new RTC's in and get them going.

Video and main bios now shadowed! Didn't make a difference to the Norton benchmark but I guess it'll speed up games and things.
