If you haven't already, might be worth one last try plugging memory and cpu back in. You've moved that fragment, so you could see if the behaviour has changed.

May also want to try changing the 'S1-S4 IRQ Enable' jumpers down near the connector (JP13?) and set those to 3 & 4 rather than 9&10.

Are the other memory modules also parity? With the working module in, try checking in the BIOS to see if the parity check is enabled. If it is, try disabling it, then trying other modules.
