Re: [ASUS P55T2P4 Rev 3.1] Is the latest BIOS 207 in the VOGONS library the BETA 2 version and which CPUs are supported?

Found it! :) Here is the original 0207-2 BIOS from 04/28/1999 for the P55T2P4. 0207__02.zip This BIOS supports your K6-III, but not the K6-2+/-III+ models. It is also limited to 32GiB HDDs and can't display CPU speeds above 400MHz. B.t.w. do you know Kalle's great Asus P55T2P4 Rev 3.x page? http:// …

Hi guys, I just saw this thread. Haven't visited Vogons much lately, life and family matters are keeping me very busy. 😉 I should have the original 0207-2 BIOS somewhere, because I used it to make the patched version. I will look it up tomorrow and post this BIOS here. Jan

Re: Looking for Award BIOS for Polaris/Ford Lian/RedFox BX-6AP2 or similar mobos with VIA BX/Apollo Pro II VT82C692/VT82

Hi analog_programmer, I’m very pleased to hear you got the BX-6AP2 board running again! :) Great ! Yeah I do not think support for more PCI slots in bios (more ISA definately not) will be an issue, no different than having board with 5 slots and only using 2, the other 3 will be scanned and find …

Re: Looking for Award BIOS for Polaris/Ford Lian/RedFox BX-6AP2 mobo with VIA Apollo Pro chipset

Now I believe the original BIOS for this by design messed-up motherboard model is unrecoverable, hence no hope for resurrecting it. Once again I was convinced that that stupid cliche "what's once out on the internet it stays out forever" really is complete nonsense. The easiest way to erase or …
