I just realized I used the SB16 driver package instead of the Vibra one. I'm trying that now to see if it makes a difference. Update: That didn't make a difference 😀

I'm having some issues getting this card working. Setup all seemed to run smooth. First running the SB16 install, which had me put in the CTCU disk and did it's thing. Diagnose shows no issues. Hmm most likely the motherboard keyboard controller does not like the setup using a digital KVM. Did you check the board and verify that that as per page 5 of the manual: "a 6-pin mini-DIN (PS/2 Style) keyboard port with +5V DC on pin 4 and ground on pin 3" ? There are not that many (total of all …

Yes, there should be a header for an external battery between the keyboard port and ISA slot. You could also get a configuration error if something wasn't set properly - eg saying there's a coprocessor when there isn't, or vice versa. I assume you used the SX/20 utility from the Old.Powermate …
