Hi, I have lots of motherboards and some of them are poor when it comes to bios settings. I found modified versions but the links have long expired. How can I check what settings in bios are available and how can I activate what is not available?

I checked two other motherboards, TUSL2-C and GA-7VRXP that behave similarly and cards hang on the desktop after installing drivers. Additionally, I checked the other faulty cards, one of them is not detected and the second freezes freezes the system while loading even before the desktop appears

MVP4 had Trident Blade 3D IGP and Sis 540 had Sis 300 and this one should be faster in 3D games. Meanwhile aladdin7 IGP is a bit mysterious, it support dual channel SDR and T&L but I'm not sure if such motherboards exist, although a few have been announced.

Thanks for documentation 😀 I will check more information on this There is a simpler explanation. Maybe Data Prefetch Logic is a feature of Pentium 3 tualatin only

Does tualatin P3 with 256 cache have Data Prefetch Logic like Tualatin-S? It is doubtful that the tualatin celerons would be coppermine based as they do not have Data Prefetch Logic. They just must be missing something in relation to Tualatin because they are Celerons :) if I remember correctly …

This problem occurs with i740 and similar cards. I think I checked them in two boards with the via694 chipset. The power supply is probably ok because all the Geforce cards work fine. I used to have an ECS P6VXAT. In tests it was faster than other boards with this chipset that I have had. It is a mistake to say that some chipset is faster because it always depends on the specific motherboard.

Can you upolad foto of the card? From the second screenshot you can see that only one TMU is functioning. First, let's see if the card looks good physically

I thought Pentium III platforms mostly use the 3.3 / 5V line. In turn, newer designs, such as AthlonXP and Pentium 4, used the 12V line. Was I wrong? 😀
