Hey , when you have ram issues your diagnostic card gives you codes like C0 or C1 . I noticed atx 20 pin connector has burn signs , does its because of soldering attempt ? If not it might be clue. Other than this vrm side seems OK. This issue might be failed chipset also .

Linear voltage regulators produce alot of heat , to cool it down you can add heatsink on both side of pcb.

If you have slot 1 board it would be perfect fit for win95 , any pentium II cpu do the job .

I belive you cannot use more than 137 gb disk space . It can be used as one partition or split to few . Me personally made system partion with 8GB rest is 32GB .My hdd is 80GB btw. Or you can use Partition magic or similar soft to create partition wuth size you want but as i said you hit 137gb limit …

I would stay with your current setup for a bit , especially when your tnt2 not m64 or fake Chinese card . I would play around to see how it performs and how is fit for your need and after if you not pleased moved to something else. Of course there is huge room to improvement but with current setup …
