Currently, i've got Dell Latitude D800. Pentium M, 16:10 screen, GeForce 4200. Case solved, my driver was older then game. I've installed 2010 driver and now i've got EAX 4 in DOOM 3!

Well, from one side I understand this situation. But still, community have made plenty of game-specific fixed and didn't fix this general bug fixing which will help lots of games cause many of them use cd-audio...

Okay, this output=surfacenp solved my issue, but fps in quake 1 is horrible, why? In output=opengl fps is okay.

Well, i checked another laptop, also on windows 10 and with gf 1070. Same issue. Driver crash with FPS counter enabled in gf experience. I also had chat with nvidia support, but is was short: gf experience doesn't list "dosbox game" as supported, so anything can happen.
