If you bought it from GoG, you should contact their customer support. No problem with you asking here of course. Just saying that GoG are obligated to help or refund you and I sort of wish more people would hold them to that.

Epic Pinball runs at 60 frames per second I tested this game on practice: set 60 Hz mode on my CRT and game in DOSBox had distortions, then set 70 and that distortions have gone. Maybe worth noting that I've seen a few people who had trouble figuring out how to use dgVoodoo2. I'm not going to say nice things about those people, but if you want the wrapper to be user friendly there might be room for improvement there.

They're giving away free upgrades for many reasons, one is lesser backlash when they drop support for Win7 and Win8. I would not expect either to get support extended as much as XP did.
