My favorite, or should I say least favorite video card to pair a PCX2 card with is a Packard Bell onboard Cirrus Logic graphics chip, because the goddamn bios thinks the PCX2 is a standalone video card and disables the onboard graphics on every reboot.

You can also concatenation the bin files and reformat your cue. The timestamps will need to continue incrementing upward, instead of being relative to each FILE entry, of course.

You need a newer VSTi driver, I have updated it to detect and use the same sample rate as the system, rather than being hard coded to one sample rate.
